Auxiliary Fall Conference Dates Set

The 2012 Auxiliary National Fall Conference will take place Sept. 27-29 at the Lexington Downtown Hilton in Lexington, Ky. The conference will open with a National Executive Committee meeting, beginning at 10 a.m. Thursday followed by an opening session that evening. Friday’s events will include business sessions in the morning, a carnival in the afternoon and a reception that evening. A business session will be held Saturday, followed by a banquet in the evening to conclude the conference. Those wishing to attend can call to make reservations at the group rate of $109 per night, with a $25 fee for the conference registration and $40 for banquet costs. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the Blue Grass Airport (LEX), and parking is complimentary for hotel guests.
